As a great listener you'll be able to recognize a customer's needs, understand their pain points and draw smart conclusions from your conversations.Some key responsibilities will include:- Help customers with a successful implementation.- Act as the primary contact for new customers, conducting onboarding meetings and product tours, answering questions and handling objections.- Proactively contact customers at the first sign of trouble to avoid churn- Monitor setup progress on accounts and provide guidance on next steps- Help customers learn best practices to achieve their desired outcomes faster and more efficiently.- Advocate for customers by capturing and sharing feedback- Bridge the gap between our customers and other teams.
