As a great listener you'll be able to recognize a customer's needs, understand their pain points and draw smart conclusions from your conversations.Some key responsibilities will include:- Help customers with a successful implementation.- Act as the primary contact for new customers, conducting onboarding meetings and product tours, answering questions and handling objections.- Proactively contact customers at the first sign of trouble to avoid churn- Monitor setup progress on accounts and provide guidance on next steps- Help customers learn best practices to achieve their desired outcomes faster and more efficiently.- Advocate for customers by capturing and sharing feedback- Bridge the gap between our customers and other teams. Providing insight and feedback back to Product, Marketing and Sales, and working closely with Support to solve issues.- Successfully transfer your customer relationships to a customer success manager after onboarding.- Develop a low touch/tech touch modalRequirements- 2+ years experience working in onboarding, implementation, customer success or similar roles.- A customer-centric attitude: Demonstrate a proactive "here to help" attitude- Ability to listen attentively to customer needs and provide expert guidance- Previous experience in scale up environment, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech- Comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of shifting priorities seamlessly- Curious; demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills- Excellent organisational skills- Team Player: Enjoy collaborating closely with a small team, contributing positively to team dynamics and collective success.- Analytical and process driven mindsetThe below would also be a bonus!- Project management experience- Comfortable using SaaS products- Knowledge of basic finance terminology- Experience with SalesforceBenefits- Access to Private Medical Insurance via Sanitas.- Food allowance to the value of €100 per month.- Learning budget - to help you stay on top of your game.- A great working culture with regular work outings,company offsites and international travel.- 23 days annual leave plus public holidays.- Access to a corporate ClassPass account.- An Apple Macbook to work on.- Great centrally located workspace with an outside courtyard area, beautiful collaborative working spaces, free tea & coffee, and periodic social events.If you think this role at Cledara may be a fit, please get in touch to learn more!NOTICE TO THIRD-PARTY AGENCIES:Please note that Cledara does not accept unsolicited resumes or candidate profiles from employment firms, staffing agencies nor recruiters.
