The day to day
ALS Geochemistry is seeking a Quality Analyst to join the national Quality team. You will be tasked with investigating and managing quality matters pertinent to our clients.
This Full-Time position manages client incidents through internal investigations with various laboratory stakeholders and provides clear and scientifically accurate communication with the client on quality matters.
Based in Malaga, you will report to the Regional Quality Manager, Australasia.
The day to day
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Communicate with the client upon receipt of a query and maintain timely correspondence until the query is resolvedLead the internal investigation process in conjunction with various stakeholders in the laboratory, providing direction for laboratory personnelEnsure the investigation proceeds promptly within the laboratory and regular feedback is provided to the clientCommunicate with clients on the outcome of investigations, including assessing and reporting re-assaysAssemble summary reports in various formats (excel, word, pdf etc.) for both internal (laboratory) and external purposes (client)Be an active member of national and global QA/QC groups by participating and contributing to peer groupsBe active in local, national, and global auditing teamsOther QA/QC duties as assigned by the Regional Quality Manager 27th March, 2024 Imagine your future with us
