Our portfolio ranges from natural flavors, extracts and colors, plant proteins, beverage bases and fruit preparations to functional ingredients and food service solutions.Job Purpose:To provide QA oversight of the end-to-end product manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with food and feed quality standards; managing the batch release process, offering technical expertise, and guidance in all operational quality aspects.Main Duties:Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standardsMonitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specificationsEnsure products meet customer expectations based on company objectivesCommunicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestionsSupport investigations and root cause analysis of deviations and non-conformances, driving corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. Perform the batch release process, including reviewing batch records, ensuring compliance, and approving product releases.Drive a culture of continuous improvement in quality assurance practices and procedures.Collaborate with other departments, such as production, technical, and regulatory affairs, to optimise QA processes and outcomes.Support and maintain the Quality functions of the ERP systemSupport the Quality Manager (QM) in the maintenance of the documented Quality procedures. Deputise for the QM during absence. Support the QM in the maintenance of any relevant H&S or Quality periodic checks Support the QM in the maintenance and calibration of the facility and equipmentSkills & Abilities:Proficient in computer word processing and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong regard for quality assurance according to company standardsGood knowledge about industry products and processesBasic mathematical arithmeticExcellent oral and communication skillsGood team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervisionConfident in dealing with people; organising them or resolving potential conflictsOrganised Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field or 1 year's relevant experience in Quality Assurance or similar Detailed written and oral knowledge of the English languageExperience of HACCP and/or GFSI would be preferable, and experience of?QPulse would be an advantage although not essential #IncludingYouDiversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM's efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
