As well as contribute to the RWD acquisition strategy and tool evaluation and participate in the development and presentation of RWE PLAN.Tasks & responsibilitiesProvide expert advice in the use and analysis of real world data (secondary use of data, such as medical claims, electronic health records, registries) for stakeholders in epidemiology, medical affairs, market access / HEOR and other functional areas.Ensure scientific integrity and critical review of the interpretation and dissemination of the data and input on ONIS, IIS, ECR,proposals, publications, expert statements and 'white papers' connected with RWEServe as statistical lead with robust statistical & methods knowledge for real world database studies, including leading analytical sections of research protocols and statistical analysis plans, managing delivery of analyses, and reporting results. Conduct analyses, using available real world data assets, applying innovative methods, technologies and tools to maximize the value of RWD.Design, develop, ONISs, ECRs, IISs, NTAs including disease epidemiology and patient population characterization for development and marketed products, including disease incidence and prevalence, assessment of current treatment patterns, drug utilization, subgroup profiles, and unmet need assessmentRequirementsPhD in relevant discipline OR Doctoral degree in a clinical discipline (medicine, pharmacy) OR Master's in Public Health and formal training in RWE, RWD & Analytics (master's degree or fellowship) from an accredited institution and/ or post-graduate training in applied analytic disciplines, such as epidemiology, health outcomes, health informatics, biostatistics or health economicsSeven (7) years relevant experience with a doctoral degree OR nine (9+) years of relevant experience with a Master/Clinical Degree or other degree certification of practical experience in conducting RWE studies. Pre and post doc experience considered.
