The Regional Claim Coordinator (RCC) is the focal point to be informed of regional claims and shall provide support in regards of claim process and reporting for respective area.Siemens Gamesa is part of Siemens Energy, a global leader in energy technology with a rich legacy of innovation spanning over 150 years. How to contribute to our vision: Mission: Claim management has two main purposes:
Ensure that the supplier takes due responsibility for defective performance or Non-Conformity (NC).Mitigate in whole or in part the economic impact in SGRE by the originating party.Claim management is part of the continuous improvement cycle. The supplier shall be fully aware of the impact of self-defective performance in SGRE. It should lead to improving practices for the supply of goods and services in the future. In addition, it proves the level of reactiveness and support to SGRE business.
Main Functions: The RCC shall be responsible of the following tasks:
Gather claim information from NCs in order to keep CLM tool or database up to date.Ensure the claim procedure is followed supporting the NCs with clarifications regarding guidelines, templates and reporting assistance.Support Corporate Claim Manager (CLM) strategy when it requests taking actions directly in his/her area of responsibility: Claims above a certain value.Management of the claims that are part of the regional scope: Claims bellow a certain valueAttend coordination meetings to report and follow up regional status of claim management including global claims affecting the region and domestic claims for the regionEnsuring regional claims are properly and timely addressed by the required teamsWhat you need to make a difference: You have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field You have more that 2 years of experience in a similar role Ability to execute for results Technical knowledge on wind turbines. Sound leadership skills Collaborative mindset and teamwork oriented Communication skills and ability to work under a multi-cultural business environment, structured mindset Integrity, maturity, initiative, pro-active, resourcefulness, Strong influential capabilities You have full professional competence in English and Spanish. An intermediate level of French will be a plus.
