Supporting all areas of the company and assessing financial implications from various key strategic decisions and growth opportunities — this is what our financial people do all day long.Are you ready to sit at the forefront of global financial regulation?Our Regulatory Reporting Manager role combines data management and analysis to create our regulatory reports. You'll be compiling, reviewing, and managing all types of reports ranging from CoRep, FinRep, and Annual Pillar III Reports across multiple jurisdictions, so there's always something to learn.We have our own in-house framework for reporting, and guess who we want to help develop it even further? Let's get in touchWhat you'll be doing Producing and reviewing current regulatory reports, including capital, financial, liquidity, resolution, statistical returns, and Pillar III reportsSupporting the business with the launch of new products and initiatives, ensuring all regulatory reporting requirements are metAssessing, developing, and maintaining proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approaches for all reporting areasMonitoring and tracking issues to ensure timely and appropriate resolutions are achieved, communicating updates with appropriate data owners as neededParticipating in bank examinations and internal and external auditsStaying current on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assessing impact and ensuring compliance for accurate reportingWorking closely with colleagues throughout the group, including business development, technology, treasury, risk, tax, etc. to ensure regulatory reporting and decision support is of the highest standardWhat you'll need Either 6+ years of experience as a regulatory reporting/financial control manager in a bank or other regulated financial services entity or 6+ years of experience in a big 4 (or similar environment) as a financial services consultant or auditorExperience working with financial reporting for banks, CoRep, FinRep, Liquidity, Resolution, or statistical reportingImpeccable analytical and numerical skillsThe ability to make sense of regulations and develop processes and frameworks to compile new reports as well as enhance existing onesA self-starter and independent workerA highly self-motivated individual with keen interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to local cultural aspects while working in a highly diverse environmentGreat organisational skills to help plan and deliver to tight deadlines with close attention to detailProven experience in project and people managementNice to have Direct experience working with IFRS accounting standardsExperience in regulatory policyExperience in Software or IT platform change initiativesCompensation range Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
