We are looking for the Manager who can ensure that every customer leaves us with a smile, wanting to return. The manager commits to delivering only the highest of standards of food, drinks and service ensuring that every customer has an amazing experience with us. In addition to the shared tasks of managing and training the restaurant staff he or she will oversee the whole restaurant operation. The manager's roll at Marui is the professional all-rounder, serving customer tables, making drinks, sometimes the manager will have to change a light bulb or fix a broken chair. The manager has to cover all small details which include items that appear insignificant but which create the unique experience our customers will remember. The manager should be enthusiastic, driven and will lead Marui's team with a hands-on, positive and everything is possible attitude. The Manager will enjoy 24/7 support by the directors. We will generate monthly budgets and set bonus sales targets. We will communicate on a daily basis, work together in terms of changing the menu with you and the head chef. Marui is small company at the moment, everyone starts small and aims to be bigger. The directors will undertake all department's roles, such as human resources, accounting and marketing.
