About the roleWe're looking for a motivated person to join our Rev-advance: Executive Associate Track . You'll work alongside a current executive who'll serve as your mentor and give you unique, high-level insights and experience while you support them to drive efficiencies and achieve their goals.
Gain hands-on experience, develop professionally, and receive mentorship from key players at Revolut. You'll rotate between departments to see how different teams operate and influence real-world choices. You'll also have the opportunity to travel to meet other Executive Associates around the world.
The Rev-advance: Executive Associate Track is your fast track to promotion. After 18 months in the programme being mentored by executives, you'll open a path to an amazing career, and increase your chances of stepping swiftly into top positions.
