What will you do? ¿Eres un apasionado/a del sector hotelero? ¿Se te dan bien los números y conoces el mercado como nadie, sabiendo sacarle la máxima rentabilidad a los hoteles que tienes asignados?

Pues entonces tenemos un puesto para ti en las oficinas del cluster Centro de Barceló.
¿Qué funciones tendrías que realizar?
- Maximización de los ingresos y la rentabilidad de los hoteles.
- Aplicar la estrategia de venta establecida para cada hotel colaborando en la consecución de su presupuesto.
- Analizar las variables que influyen en la tarifa tomando las decisiones necesarias para maximizar el RevPar de cada hotel y asegurando siempre una gestión óptima de nuestro inventario.
- Actualización de tarifas, disponibilidad, ofertas y suplementos.
- Analizar y conocer el mercado y la competencia existente y potencial, proponiendo acciones que permitan aumentar la cuota de mercado, pricing y el posicionamiento de cada uno de los Hoteles en sus respectivos destinos, y detectando los eventos celebrados en cada una de las plazas que puedan aportar ingresos al hotel.
- Mantener actualizados los contenidos de los hoteles en los diferentes canales de distribución on-line.
- Gestión e implementación de las ofertas y campañas individuales, así como de las corporativas en todos los canales.
