As a Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's dining and guest service areas by providing support to the waitstaff and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment. JOB DESCRIPTION: Assistance to Waitstaff: Support the waitstaff by delivering food and beverages to guest tables in a timely and efficient manner. Table Setup and Clearing: Assist in setting up dining tables before service and clearing tables promptly after guests have finished dining. Refilling Supplies: Monitor and replenish supplies such as condiments, utensils, and napkins as needed to ensure smooth service operations. Assisting Guests: Respond promptly to guest requests and provide assistance as required to enhance their dining experience. Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure that dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors, are kept clean and presentable at all times. Assisting Kitchen Staff: Assist kitchen staff with tasks such as food preparation, dishwashing, and equipment cleaning as needed. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of the service team to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Requisitos : REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages safely.
