S845 | A&D Project Senior Manager - Spain

**Descripción de la oferta**Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the A&D; Project Sr. Manager will be the key manager in charge of developing and evolving the Neolith Group A&D; projects and façades business, being focus on growing the business and the leading the A&D; project team at global level.Main Responsibilities:- Lead the A&D; project management teamworldwide (10 people) focus on business development and business growth.- Build a high-performance team focus on providing and excellent customer experience- Establish and maintain relationships with architects, builders, developers, designers,and other purchasing influences in the commercial market industry- Gather and exhibit presentations showcasing the Neolith Brand and strategy with an understanding of Facades.- As a Brand ambassador, attend trade shows and industry events representing neolith Group.- Ensure the KPIs for the department and the objectives are achieved every year.**Requisitos**- Bachelor's Degree Required. Architecture, Building Engineering or similar technical degree.- Outside sales experience in commercial markets almost 6-8 years- Experience in Salesforce and SAP is highly valuable.- Excellent leadership, communication skills and goal orientation.- Experience representing high end and luxury brands.- Ability to build and maintain relationships within the A&D; community- Execute unique sales strategies to win over projects amongst competitors.- Excellent command Microsoft Office & Project Management systems.- C1 English and Spanish as mother tongue.**Ofrecemos**Challenging position into a growing global group.- Permanent role into a strategic business plan.#J-18808-Ljbffr
