Introduction
As a Digital Sales Specialist you'll become a trusted go-to expert. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the Sales team – advising and supporting on client engagements throughout the critically important early phases of the sales cycle, and helping to lead prospects to our award winning cloud solutions.
Your Role and Responsibilities * Develop deep technical and competitive knowledge in one or more Digital Sales aligned products and the application of modern IT architectures.
* Leverage technical activities and accelerators to progress opportunities through hands-on selling.
* Collaborate with other digital sales specialties to increase digital sales technical credibility at scale.
* Go-to product subject matter expertise (SME) with technical ownership of sales opportunities for his/her cross functional team (Squad).
Required Technical and Professional Expertise * Experience working and collaborating to translate business goals into technical solutions and advising teams on optimal technology strategies to achieve business results.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven record of influencing consensus across diverse groups of senior stakeholders within enterprises.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Strong working knowledge of Cybersecurity and Data Security concepts.
* Spanish and English fluent is a must for the position
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise * At least 2-3 years in Cybersecurity/Information Security and Pre Sales/Sales.
* Experienced with IBM Security products.
* Consultative Sales Proficiency: Consultative tech sales experience.
* Security Market Mastery: Depth and breadth of knowledge regarding the Security market.
* Certifications: Security+, CISSP, CCSP
