We are looking for a French-speaking Sales Representative (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

What you will do in this role As Sales Representative on our team, you will:
- Utilize a CRM with a data base to transform the provided lead into sales opportunities
- Use a consultative approach, Identifying the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Report to sales supervisor with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline.
Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:

- Are proficient or bilingual in French plus intermediate Spanish and English
- Minimum one year of experience in sales (if you have more, also welcome), with a track record of exceeding lead targets
- Have strong communication skills via phone and email
- Have proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Have a strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Are achievement and goal oriented, motivated and self-started.
It will be a plus if you have: - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or at least three years of relevant work experience
- Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM software or data based

- Full-time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Thursday from 09:30 to 17:30, Friday 09:30 to 16:30
- Salary 18 400 euros gross/year + up to 4800 euros gross/year in bonus
