As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting HCM solutions for the company clients. You will work closely with the company clients to understand their business requirements, analyze their current HR processes, and provide tailored SAP solutions to optimize their workforce management.The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, and a proven track record of successful implementations. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their HR business requirements and configure SAP HCM solutions to meet their needsConduct system analysis and design, and provide recommendations for process improvementsDevelop detailed project plans and timelines, and actively manage project milestonesImplement SAP HCM modules, including Time Management, and PayrollConfigure and test system functionality, ensuring data integrity and accuracyProvide training and support to end users, ensuring smooth adoption of new SAP HCM functionalitiesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performanceRequirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with a focus on implementing and supporting SAP HCM modules (PY / TM)In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules: Time Management, and PayrollStrong understanding of HR processes and best practicesExperience with system analysis, design, and configurationExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsExceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a customer-focused mindsetProven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectivelyFluency in Spanish and EnglishFamiliar with Payroll process in SpainSalary:Neg (DOE)#J-18808-Ljbffr
