Join our growing international team with offices in Alicante, Tallinn, Zug, Riga & Dover with over 90 Inteligenta employees from 10+ nationalities.We are currently looking for a Recruitment SpecialistYou will:• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process;• Supervise and lead a team, working closely with Sales Managers to ensure recruitment priorities are aligned with business needs;• Develop recruitment strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and keep abreast of developments in the field;• Provide support and guidance to candidates;• HR projects: hiring process automation, HR analytics, performance metrics.We are looking for:• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist;• Ability to manage and recruit;• Ability to extract valuable insights and make decisions based on data-driven information;• Be a good team player and take responsibility;• Hands-on experience in creating recruitment performance metrics;• Excellent communication and people skills;• Excellent English and Russian language skills;• Consultancy experience is a must;• Knowledge of the specifics of sourcing candidates in one of the areas of expertise SAP, Microsoft, Oracle is required.What we offer:• Hybrid work schedule;• Laptop or other equipment to work comfortably by request;• In-office gym; courses and conferences, company discount card for various products & services and much more;• Free daily meals, snacks and drinks;• Career growth and development.#J-18808-Ljbffr
