Are you ready for an exciting opportunity at an innovative technology company? EarthPulse AI is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our growth, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with our enterprise clients while mentoring our star SDR.Main responsibilities:Take charge of the sales process from the beginning to the closing of deals, demonstrating clear skills to manage the complex sales process from end to end.Manage and coordinate Business Development Representative (BDR) activities to drive lead generation and sales.Collaborate with potential clients to understand their challenges and offer customized solutions. Ability to translate technical and highly complex language into the client's business language.Experience navigating complex sales with many interlocutors.Act as the voice of our customers by collecting their feedback and staying abreast of market trends to improve our product portfolio.Excellent communication skills with clients. Ability to prepare company presentations according to the potential client and their interlocutors.Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes, increase sales and provide better customer support.Represent EarthPulse AI occasionally at industry shows and conferences to promote our solutions and engage with our current customers.QualificationsExperience in solution selling and meeting sales targetsPassion for work and a strong desire to succeed and make a differenceAbility to build strong client relationships and manage and grow accountsAt least 7 years of enterprise sales experience, demonstrating the ability to sell and perform in an informal startup environment, managing and fulfilling multiple roles at the same time.Ability to tolerate frustration and win clients in competition with traditional and established players in the industry: It's cool to be David against GoliathStrategic planning skills to make decisions when designing the market penetration strategyStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience in the technology industry is a plusKnowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools is a plusWhat we offer:Full-time, permanent role with market-aligned salary package, based in Barcelona.The opportunity to be part of a startup in its early stages with immense growth potential.A golden chance to spearhead innovation, be part of a flourishing team, create societal impacts, and liaise with a global network of institutions and entitiesNivel de antigüedad Intermedio (HYBRID) Sales Account Executive / French Speakers #J-18808-Ljbffr
