DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Weekly AP payments review and approval Weekly Accounts & Cashflow Report Records all service technician's timesheet hours in the system Accounting Tasks - Monthly Change GL period and user set up - open the month AP accrual GIT accrual Depreciation and amortisation calculation Fixed Asset management Ensure all Invoicing is done for the period Ensure all Transfer Orders and Job journals are completed for the period Prepare and post month-end journals Preform WIP calculations Prepare and post warranty journals Bank reconciliations AP and AR reconciliations Send Industry & SG Payments proof to builders/customers as required Accounting Tasks - Annually Assists where required with Stock take process Prepare Annual Budget Calculate new labour rates and update in system Assist with annual insurances renewal process Payroll annual reconciliation Statutory reporting Industry Payments preparation and lodgment Superannuation preparation and lodgment Payroll Tax preparation and lodgment Prepare and lodge BAS FBT calculation and lodgement Check ATO portal to ensure all reporting requirements are met Annual reconciliation of payroll tax Annual workers com. Declarations Income Tax - Preparation of all the schedules and information required by external Accountant TPAR lodgement Implementation of Leasing Standard AASB 16 Add Hoc Reports and Analysis required by MD or Sales/Operations Team ADDITIONAL NOTES: Monday to Friday | Morning shift Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
