Our Global Services 2K Valencia studio is seeking a Senior Character Artist who is ready for the challenge of contributing to several AAA projects.This position will require working closely with producers and Prop-/Environment-Artists within the 2K Valencia team, as well as external art-teams.We're looking for someone who's motivated and passionate about making high quality games. Who Will Be a Great Fit: Excellent understanding of anatomy, weight, and silhouetteAdvanced knowledge of 3DS Max and/or Maya, or similar 3D modeling softwareExpert sculpting skills using ZbrushRobust knowledge of game asset optimization and topology4+ years of experience in the video games industry with 2+ shipped titles as a Character ArtistProven experience with Marvelous DesignerProficient in Unreal 5 workflows and PBR pipelines using Substance PainterBasic knowledge of animation, with an eye for posingAn extensive portfolio of high and low poly models, including advanced material and rendering samples.Excellent organizational and time management skillsProactive about troubleshooting and problem solvingCapacity to adapt to a demanding workflow, maintaining quality and consistency while meeting objectives.Can work in a team as well as an individual, being able to communicate well and having a proactive attitude are a must.Able to autonomously follow guidelines and complete complex tasks within givenFluent English both in speech and in writing.
