The major products in this enterprise value chain are Salesforce, SAP (4HANA) and our in house built Corporate Data Management.Within the environment of our Lead to Cash, SAP plays a crucial role. You would become Functional Analyst of SD Worx' Enterprise Platform (CPQ & Subscription Billing) domain. Enterprise Platform is the strategic enabler to be able to define & build a scalable SD Worx end-to-end standard for our lead-to-cash operations, which will set the baseline for all our evolutions going forward, including new GTM's, products, & moving away from functional & technology legacy.Coordinating and collaborating, that is what this job is all about. One of your main goals is to collaborate with the different stakeholders, like product managers and specialists. Together you will make our Enterprise Platform better and more user-friendly. You are responsible for the SAP applications and its functionalities based on the requirements of our business and the composed user stories, in close collaboration with the Developers and Product Owners. Key ResponsibilitiesComprehending the functional requirements from your stakeholders and translating them to technical solutions. Making sure users understand and are satisfied with the configurations in SAP.Responsible for business requirements gathering, workflow analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Creating and refining of the business user stories. Sharing business and technical insights with the Product Owner.Gathering, creating and maintaining current and future business process flows for both internal use and SD Worx' business.Using an Agile methodology to keep track of your projects.Coordinating regularly with stakeholders, like our Support Squad, the Product Owners and the business ownersPerforming manual user acceptance testing on digital products to ensure product meets requirements and functionsTesting product in prescribed browsers, operating systems, and devicesCreating complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirementsEnsuring that there are as little bugs as possible in SAP SuiteProviding technical support to our Support Squad to resolve configuration defectsAssessing readiness to deploy each releaseKeeping informed about the developments in the SAP technology stack, including all innovations that are included in future releasesTaking ownership and doing close follow up on project/s assigned, ensuring targets are metCreating test plans, document (e.g. Release Notes, Demo Videos,..), evaluate and track testing resultsWriting, executing, and monitoring of automated test suitesChecking the usability view of the product and ensuring the best way to solve QA arising problem on the projects.Creating and maintaining QA training materialsEducational / Skill / Experience RequirementsDegree holder in IT/IT related fields or equal by experienceSQLExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsYou have a good level of experience (3 to 5 years) of successfully working with CPQ & Subscription Billing toolingIdeally you have experience in ''SAP'' CPQ & SAP Subscription Billing and its processes Experience with Testing software such as MTM, Browser Stack, Ranorex, Azure DevOps, Postman, … would be an advantage.Experience in working in Agile squads and international environment are considered as a plus.Being a team player and flexibleExcellent English communication skills (verbal and writing).From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.SD Worx lives diversity in the workplace.
