That's what #LifeAtCummins is all about.Senior Manufacturing EngineerDescriptionUnique opportunity to join Green Hydrogen sector at the modern new Site of Electrolyzers in ACCELERA by Cummins!Very high level of English is a MUST (C1 equivalent minimum).In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Leads the planning, designing, purchasing, and implementation of changes to the manufacturing equipment and systems.Leads the work for specific projects to create and implement all aspects of a manufacturing processes to ensure safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met.Leads by applying the knowledge or use of manufacturing principles and practices to improve manufacturing equipment and processes.Impacts the work by utilizing continuous improvement tools, following the Cummins standards, and leading the development of manufacturing standards and working methods.Leads the communications with and influences key external stakeholders, business leaders, and functional members.Works with internal and external resources on specific project assignments.To be successful in this role you will need the following:College, university, or equivalent degree required: Technical Engineering (Industrial especialized in Mechanical preferably).Relevant work experience required (8-10 years experience) at Industrial plats, as Manufacturing or Process engineering.Industrial Engineering Knowledge - Integrates the pillars of industrial engineering techniques by applying a comprehensive and quantitative analysis to available data to be used as decision factors for the development or improvement of manufacturing processes to contribute to the most efficient process.Manufacturing Knowledge - Demonstrates the knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and contribute towards continuous improvement.Very good level in English is a MUST (C1 equivalent)2D/3D Drawings :CAD knowlege (CREO preferably)Skills: Problem Solving, Health & Safety fundamentals, Action oriented, Communicates Effectively, Collaborative, Proactive, Optimizes work processes
