Senior Operations Manager (Mandarin Bilingual)

Qualifications: ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills for supported Bi-lingual channel (Mandarin) ? 3-5 years in an operational management role in BPO setting ? It would be greatly preferable if the potential candidate possesses managerial experience from a closely related industry. ? Minimum of 2 years in college, preferably a bachelor's degree ?
