We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior SAP Product Manager to lead our SAP-focused product initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our SAP integrated products, crafting strategic roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with our overarching vision and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Execution: Develop and oversee product roadmaps, ensuring they align with business goals and market needs. Lead product initiatives from conception to launch, coordinating with cross-functional teams. Analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance metrics to iterate and enhance product features. Lead the development and implementation of SAP product strategies, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various SAP modules . Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with teams such as Product Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies. Engage with stakeholders at various levels, gathering insights and feedback to inform product decisions. Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing: Introduce best practices and methodologies to the Product team, ensuring consistent and high-quality product management processes. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Share insights and knowledge with junior product managers, aiding their professional development. Core Skills: Fluent in English, both in writing and speech. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, with a track record of successfully managing and launching products. Demonstrated expertise in a B2B SaaS environment, understanding market dynamics and user behavior. Hands on experience in SAP as a project leader or consultant on implementing SAP or building SAP integrations. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proficient in product lifecycle management and roadmap creation. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive product development.
