We are currently searching for a Senior Project Manager :
Responsibilities Responsible for managing and supporting project management efforts focused on the Markets domain (Front Office is Mandatory );
coordinates, monitors, and manages different initiatives. Position Duties and Responsibilities.Advises executive management of recommended changes and / or improvements.Manages / leads projects involving multiple stakeholders and drives the formulation of business processes and requirements.Monitor key milestones and outcomes of responsible projects in the program throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to established quality standards.Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.Requirements Oversees and may contribute to the development of project definition and scope at the project level.Excellent project management skills; ability to manage resources, set scope, time scales, and deliverables, recognize changing requirements, and address program / project impact.Proficient with Project and Portfolio Management Tools . (SharePoint, Visio, Excel, MS Project, Access, Powerpoint, etc.)Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools (i.e. Agile, SDLC, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative)Advanced understanding of Front office systems.Experience Capital Markets (Mandatory)Desired Develops presentations , dashboards, reports and other team and executive level project communications and documentationBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience8-10 years of experience ; extensive knowledge of project management and advanced leadership skillsAbility to scope out and develop work plan and resource requirements and risks associated with activitiesLanguages Advanced Oral English.Native Spanish.Note : Fully remote.
