Drawing inspiration from the best practices of the INPOST Group (particularly from Poland, France, and the UK), this role presents an exciting opportunity to adapt and replicate innovative strategies in our region. The value proposition to implement will be attractive, competitive, profitable and scalable . Are you ready to join a team that thrives on pushing boundaries and lead market transformation with your creativity and expertise? The purpose is to grow aggressively the SME´s market penetration by capturing new volumes and increasing INPOST brand awareness across the e-commerce market. In this position you will also be responsible to ensure the satisfaction and increase of the existing SME´s portfolio.   Well, what will the requirements be?   > 5 years in in e-commerce & logistics related companies with tangible track records in new sales acquisition (preferably SME´s) Degree (Business Administration and Management or similar preferred) Advanced user of MS Office Suite (Project, Excel, …) and CRM (HubSpot and/or SalesForce…) English mandatory, French and/or Polish a plus Hands-on Data driven & Entrepreneurial mindset Ability to prioritize and organize your work in multi-tasking environments Ability to develop relationships and work in virtual, transversal teams Strong (verbal & written) communication, negotiation and presentation skills: Meetings, E-mails & Presentations Strong customer focus, results-oriented and sense of urgency Ability to develop in dynamic environments and to enjoy achieving very ambitious goals Ability to work autonomously but with cross-functional and peers teams (team player, self-starter and details oriented) Resilience working under pressure and tight deadlines     What do we offer?
