The focus on managing our social media presence, creating engaging EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), optimizing LinkedIn outreach, and maintaining our company website. This position offers the unique opportunity to work with a leading Australian company with an annual trip to Australia included.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.Create and curate high-quality content for social media posts, including images, videos, and written copy, aligned with company branding and messaging.Plan and schedule social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting to maximize reach and engagement.Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, including EDMs, newsletters, and promotional offers, to nurture leads and drive conversions.Manage LinkedIn presence and outreach, including profile optimization, content sharing, and engagement with industry professionals and potential clients.Oversee website maintenance and updates, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and SEO optimization.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and content creation, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media and digital marketing to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.Represent Mechwest Inc. professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as required.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation, preferably within the technology or consumer electronics industry.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.G., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and CRM systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
