Providing friendly, sincere and personalised service is one of the ways our colleagues turn moments into memories for our guests.What you will do as part of our team:You will collaborate in the study and analysis of competition through Rate Shopper.Preparation and analysis of daily reports: pick-up, occupancy, segmentation and study of pick-up evolution, average price differences, etc.Loading and updating of prices in online distribution channels.Extranet management: information, policies, offers, etc.Reports & reports: monitoring of the complex, auditors, etc.Collaboration with the Commercial Management on commercial sales strategies.Commercial work with the market managers of the websites, regular meetings, study of production, proposals for improvement, etc.Support for the reservations department during periods of high demand (e.G. summer season).Content maintenance together with the Communication department of the website itself through the commercial content manager.Establish fruitful relationships that generate sales opportunities.Proactively build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
