In line with the AXA Group's Driving Progress 2023 strategy and ambition to develop an innovative, transversal solution to help us better serve our customers, AXA's Management Committee recently announced a new strategic initiative - Digital Commercial Platform (DCP) – designed to transform AXA's value proposition. Through DCP, AXA will serve existing and new clients and partners through an evolving business model, where our focus on insurance protection will transition to a combination of protection, prevention, and services – moving from loss prevention to loss prediction.
AXA DCP relies on creating an ecosystem of AXA's risk insights, risk management, and risk prevention capabilities to enhance and support our service offering to commercial clients. Clients will be able to access a broad selection of data built on existing or developing AXA assets. The platform will also create value by monetizing unique capabilities and services for our customers, aggregating, and delivering insights from unique data sets with external partners, and fostering end-customer relationships in alignment with brokers.
AXA DCP aims to:
Improve our underwriting pricing and claims capabilities across the commercial lines book of business of AXA Group
Create a platform for risk management and prevention services
Build an ecosystem of business partners
As the Solution Architect Principal of AXA DCP , you will be responsible for providing expertise & technical leadership and direction for the entire AXA DCP organization in a fast-paced environment, being the "know all" about Appliation & Infrastructure Architecture for the development and implementation of new technologies , and of DCP target platform in particular . 
You will be responsible for DCP 's cloud computing system to develop cloud adoption plans, determine the cloud application design, and create systems for managing, monitoring , and maintaining the cloud system of the DCP for Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), or Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions.
You will be a key member of the technical team and will play a critical role in the company's growth and success. You will report directly to the CTO of AXA DCP .

What will your essential responsibilities include?
Designing the cloud environment for DCP based on its requirements, u tiliz ing emerging and best technologies to design the Architecture of the Platform and its components and the solutions /application/core components , c reating cloud-based applications that are efficient and secure
Evaluating, Designing and improving solutions while working with feature teams and the security team in order to m onitor , troubleshoot, and optimis e the cloud environment
Collaborating with other technology team members to complete projects , bringing support for the engineering and development of AWS Cloud Architecture s usging the Architecture, Building blocks and BluePrints principles
Designing with frugality and management of the cost of the proposal architecture designed , c onverting the technical requirements of projects into suitable architecture
Ensuring cloud solutions and operations are reliable, take care as priority number one the s ecurity of cloud computing solutions
Align organizational Architecture strategy and infrastructure decisions aligned with CTO's Strategy and with overall business and technology strategy
Identify architectural design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements
Test security architecture in relationship with feature and developer teams to ensure they behave as expected
Use current programming language and technologies to writes code, complete programming and performs testing and debugging of applications
Staying abreast of new technologies and trends in cloud computing 
Train users in implementation or conversion of systems

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Effective verbal and written communication skills to share insights with stakeholders of all levels, including entry-level programmers, business managers, project team members, and senior executives.
Being a thought leader who creates and presents content using AWS as their building blocks you're able to be the Leading Solutions Architectect Principal and subject matter expert who can explain complex topics about Cloud Architecture, Networking, security design principals etc.
Prooven e xpertise in the AWS Cloud Architecture, you have several key AWS Certification for Solution Architecture Associate level as a must have, professional level would be appreciated, and other key AWS certifications or specialities
High-level collaboration skills to assist with several different areas of cloud architecture management
Project management skills to orchestrate cloud migrations and new system integrations seamlessly
Strong technical expertise (with critical thinking and analytical skills ) , you're p roficien t in popular programming languages like Node.js, Python or Java , good u nderstanding of how databases, networks, and other critical IT functions work
Ability to integrate and automate an organisation's IT system processes , and a proven e xperience working with legacy information systems
G ood knowledge of standards related to regulatory compliance risk management (ISO 27001)
Master from engineering school or university equivalence
12+ years or more experience in building/ designing user-facing software products and services
12+ years in a technical senior management role, developing and nurturing teams of motivated technologists
