Responsible for Spanish (and Portuguese) market procurement, including but not limited to market, retail, service and administrative categories, establishing and continuously optimizing regional and category procurement processes and management systems;2. Responsible for building a high-quality supplier resource library for each category of business, ensuring that all needs can be efficiently implemented, and continuing to optimize efficiency, cost and quality to support business success;3. Responsible for formulating national and various category procurement strategies, continuously improving procurement maturity, improving framework coverage, managing the entire procurement process from demand to payment, and preventing compliance risks;4. Responsible for national and various category framework recruitment and procurement, promote the PO procurement model under the framework, establish long-term good cooperative relationships with high-quality suppliers, and improve procurement efficiency and service quality;5. Take on the responsibility of international procurement BP, go deep into the business, understand the industry, manage demand, plan resources, and continuously improve procurement satisfaction.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor degree or above, good proficiency in native language and English listening, speaking, reading and writing, which can be used as a working language; other languages and multi-cultural work experience are bonus points;2. More than 3 years of indirect procurement experience, experience in similar markets (mobile communications, FMCG industry) and related MKT category procurement is preferred;3.
