Your area of responsibility : Active involvement in development & execution of the TML strategy for HARTMANN Group together with the team and key stakeholder; creating the right learning culture and ensure that we have the right systems / solutions Project lead for Commercial Excellence (ComEx) training stream - define the key skills for sales leaders and sales reps (current & future) as a basis for a blended learning approach Lead, coordinate, implement and organize international roll out ComEX pilot programs Further development of skill management (link to job architecture & career paths) and active project participation Define process to identify key skills for functions and setup of a dynamic skill management approach which is connecting job architecture with degreed and HR SuccessFactors Learning Ownership for employee engagement, e.g. definition of our employee engagement approach, coordination of VoH in general, VoH success stories, action learning execution, etc. Active contribution in our international TML Community of Practice (CoP) connecting learning topics with Talent Management topics Leadership or active involvement in future upcoming Talent Management & Learning projects, e.g. organization of HR training days as blended learning approach Define relevant KPI's and ensure the respective reporting What we look for : Completed studies in business administration or comparable qualification Excellent overall understanding of how learning in an international corporate environment works (matrix organization) Ideally a good understanding of sales & marketing environment and passion to further develop the area Project experience to manage learning projects in close interaction with business Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in an international environment Good expertise as trainer & facilitator (in-person and virtual) Good understanding of Qualification Management (QM) process, role model 2.0, etc. Solid comprehension of learning technology standards and learning management systems (incl. SCORM, xAPI, AICC and learning management systems) The ability to speak English fluently is a requirement, and having knowledge of German would be beneficial.
