The Delivery capability comprises many communities grouping categories of the same value chain or having commonality. The communities are key enablers of strong category expertise while allowing flexibility in the procurement delivery response to the evolving needs of our customers.Your key responsibilities:Serve as a procurement strategist, leveraging in-depth expertise in category management and procurement operations to craft and execute comprehensive, forward-thinking procurement strategies.Mentor cross-functional procurement teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.Function as an integrator, aligning procurement strategies with broader corporate goals and ensuring seamless execution across Travel, Congress Meetings & Events, General Services, Finance Services, and People & Culture.Drive innovative procurement solutions, embracing content strategy and automation to boost efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction within the corporate services spectrum.Engage with senior stakeholders and suppliers to build strategic partnerships that support Roche's mission and procurement objectives.Spearhead complex negotiations and contract management processes, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to Roche's standards and ethics.Be the Champion of the implementation of cutting-edge procurement methodologies and tools, keeping Roche at the leading edge of industry practices.Offer thought leadership and insights that contribute to the global procurement community, inspiring a culture of excellence and strategic thinking.Your qualifications and experience:You hold a university degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.You have solid experience in global category management, strategic sourcing, complex procurement contracting, and operational category efficiency projects.
