How you will make a difference: You will make a difference by recruiting temporary roles for all TEMPs positions: screening best candidates, having a first contact with them and prepare a shortlist for our customers acting as a link between the best candidates for any position and our customers, to ensure that we are delivering our services properly. Maintaining appropriate client and employee contracts and other activity records
What will give you an advantage. · Strong experience with recruitment, acquired in small temporary employment agencies (ETT)
· Previous professional experience in temporary employment agencies
· Comfortable with search processes, first discussions with candidates, and customer-facing time (as needed)
· Native Spanish speaker, English Intermediate level (written and spoken)
· Be able to communicate effectively with customers, partners and colleagues
· University education, preferably with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or alternatively in Business Administration
