Connect with BTSers from 32 offices in 5 continents to create the best experiences for our clients Competitive compensation and benefits package; indefinite full-time contract (subject to a probation period of 6 months) What you´ll do at BTS Client interviews with CEOs and business leaders to develop an understanding of their company's key levers for driving profitability and growth Work in several accounts and projects with a full overall vision, supporting the team with everything it takes to create powerful experiences to execute strategy through people Research and learn about our clients' businesses and industries identifying key levers for driving transformation, profitability and growth customizing the project to their needs Participate in the design and deployment of powerful experience-based learning solutions Lead senior level executives through discovery based learning experiences and facilitate participant's understanding of relevant content areas How is the people that we add to our team...
