At PALATIN headhunting we're actively seeking a talented Support Specialist – looking to consolidate his/her career as Support Partner contributing to the stability and quality of platforms & systems on a non-technical role for international company.Are you ready to take the next step in your career?Support Partner - End client - AlicanteRole and Responsibilities:Collaborate with technology stakeholders to maintain company platform stability and quality.Manage and coordinating (not technical resolving) incidents transmitted by the partners and countries.Provide comprehensive support to partners and sales teams for seamless B2B and B2B2C, analyse issues, propose solutions about the platforms.Ensure high-quality process and distribute updated knowledge materials to relevant stakeholders.Take the lead as the main contact, giving advice and support to Partners in functional and operational subjects.Education degree & technical experience:+5 years of experience in customer service, technical support or business partner in technological environment.Experience with Digital Platforms, APIs OR Customised software providing functional and operational support to clients (internal or external), partners or affiliates.Experience in travel, tourism, entertainment industry or similar sectors is valuable.Other Requirements:Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Conditions & Benefits:Permanent contractEnd customer.Flexible schedule & work-life balance.
