Playing a full life-cycle recruiting role for your searches, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, and using your knowledge of the competitive landscape, market compensation norms and candidate psychology to help guide the candidate and hiring manager through the offer negotiation and closing process. Playing a hands-on role in all sourcing and screening for your open headcount, including cold call, email and LinkedIn outreach to generate initial interest, followed by deeper Zoom qualification calls before sharing candidates with the hiring teams. Being the point person for hiring managers and related teams, and balancing multiple concurrent searches with competing priorities at the same time. Creating recruiting plans that increase our potential candidate pool and ensure a diverse range of candidates for current and future hiring needs
