With its 40.000 employees present in 40 countries, the Group also enables its customers to create value over the entire lifecycle of their assets and services, and to drive their ecological transition, together with their end-users.You will join SUEZ Europe & Central Asia, a Business Unit (BU) looking to achieve significant growth in its Water and Waste activities in the countries selected in the Group's strategic roadmap for the medium-term plan. The ambition is strong, but the BU wants to develop its activities notably in the following countries: Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Romania, Croatia, and Uzbekistan. However, we also need to keep a close eye on the market, so that we can potentially develop in other countries in the region.Mission & RoleThe Talent Development & Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the delivery of effective learning and talent development solutions in Spain and at international level to meet business goals. As well she/he will be in charge of recruitment at international level. She/he will work closely with Headquarters in Paris to align Global Talent practices and talent strategies with local business needs.You will work 50% of your time for Iberia and the other 50% for the rest of countries in support (Czech Republic, Poland, Denmark, Romania, Croatia, and Uzbekistan).He/she will be in charge of:Support managers in implementing all local and global HR initiatives, policies & procedures.Lead performance and development reviews to address objectives with the management, in line with the Group guidelines and practices.Assure talent acquisition and complete full-life cycle recruitment.Design, build, implement, and maintain people programs and training plan, integrating training and development needs of the teams. Select external training providers and partners and follow up the learning budgetRun talent & expert identification process (People Review) and succession planning.Lead HR projects such as HR information systems implementation, Grading, Employer branding, internal communication, etc.Follw up and improve our on boarding and off boarding programs.Launch Group engagement survey and build action plans together with the management.Implement Diversity & Inclusion and Well-being initiativesSupport HR team in Iberia in day-to-day HR operations when needed.The position is based in Bilbao (hybrid remote work possible) with occasional trips, mainly in Spain. Profile Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field. Candidates with a master's degree in HR will be highly valued.4-6 years' experience in HR roles with focus on talent management & acquisition is essential, ideally in a multinational environment.Spanish & English (advanced level) is a must; French is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the different stakeholders are essential for the role.Willingness to work in a cross-cultural environment.Able to work independently in a fast-paced work environment.Provelm-solving Skills: should be able to analyze complex HR issues, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions to address them. This may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and navigating organizational politics.Willing to travel occasionally within Europe, mainly in Spain. #J-18808-Ljbffr
