.About the roleAs the Customer Management Team Lead for Internet of Things (IoT) IT, you are accountable for spearheading the development and execution of various IoT projects. This role holds immense significance in terms of customer perception and directly influences the success and reputation of Vodafone's IoT product offerings, pivotal for achieving forecasted revenue targets. Collaborating closely with product and architect teams, you ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer expectations.Your key responsibilities as the Customer Management Team Lead in the IoT Core Systems Domain include:- Delivering IoT software in accordance with specified requirements,overseeing all aspects of software deployment and continuous integration.Proficiently diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and conducting root cause analyses.Identifying and advocating for process enhancements as necessary.Collaborating closely with enterprise architecture and product teams to ensure feasibility of requirements and mitigate unnecessary engineering costs in later stages of development.Monitoring the development team's progress to ensure alignment with initial design.Providing technical guidance and mentoring to developers and engineers.Evaluating and identifying opportunities to incorporate new technology solutions or operational methodologies into existing or upcoming products and services, as well as integrating them with legacy systems.Serving as a subject matter expert for designated domain environments/ecosystems.Influencing and cultivating effective relationships with peers across the Group, local markets, suppliers, and partners.Cultivating an inspiring team environment characterized by open communication.Establishing clear team objectives.Motivating team members to achieve these goals.Identifying training needs and providing coaching to support team development.Addressing team members' feedback and resolving conflicts as they arise.Recognizing and rewarding high performance.Encouraging creativity and embracing calculated risks.Proposing and organizing team-building activities.Your experience and qualifications as the Customer Management Team Lead in the IoT Core Systems Domain should encompass:Demonstrated experience in technical and/or team leadership roles.Industry expertise in technologies related to CRM, Product Catalogue, and Order Management.Proficiency in software architecture, design, and development patterns.Ability to think strategically and holistically, from concept to operations.Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Effective decision-making abilities.What's in it for youWe offer hybrid (2 days in the office).Intensive schedule on Summer (July and August)Health Insurance & Life insurance.25 days holiday + December 24th and 31st.Restaurant tickets.4 weeks to work 100% remote inside Spain.Online training.50% discount in Vodafone products
