Role Overview As a Project Manager within our Customer Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives aimed to support our customers as they introduce new services or enhance existing ones across various regions and markets. This role demands a problem solving mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, internally and with the customer to ensure successful implementation and adoption of services. Key Responsibilities Create comprehensive Project plans outlining timelines and deliverables for each new customer onboarding or expansion to a new market. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Success, IT, Engineering, Finance) and customers to ensure alignment and accountability. Monitor Project progress, identify and communicate potential risks or obstacles, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiative on track. Document standard and market specific process and technology flows. Be the point person at EVA Global to facilitate communication and collaboration between various stakeholders involved, ensuring alignment with overall objectives from pre-sales to the service rollout. Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability to drive collective success across all stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations during onboarding, providing expert-level support to resolve complex technical issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with each customer, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their technical needs. Implement processes for efficiently triaging, prioritizing, and resolving project related issues.   Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Demonstrated the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their technical needs. Strong organizational and Project management skills to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables across various markets and regions effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, both internal and external. Strong e-mobility industry knowledge, including broad understanding of CPO and eMSP business use cases. Experience in managing SaaS related projects, including third-party integrations; knowledge of technical protocols such as OCPP and OCPI is a plus. Good knowledge in agile methodologies for software development preferably with hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence. Adaptable to tailor strategies and approaches according to market-specific needs and changes in project requirements. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving continuous improvement initiatives. EVA Global is an equal opportunity employer.
