.As a Technical Writer for our team, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining clear and concise technical documentation for our portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers, to translate complex technical information into user-friendly documentation. Your documentation will enable both internal teams and external partners to understand and effectively utilize our products and services, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.So your role is key for the success of Agile Content!Key tasks and responsibilities:Document Creation:Produce high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and troubleshooting guides.Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.Content Management:Organize and maintain a centralized documentation repository to ensure easy access and version control.Update documentation regularly to reflect changes in the platform, new features, and improvements.User-Centric Approach:Tailor documentation to meet the needs of various user groups, including developers, content creators, and end-users.Use plain language and a clear writing style to make complex technical concepts understandable.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and verify technical details.Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.Quality Assurance:Conduct reviews and audits of existing documentation to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.Test and verify procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness.User Support:Provide support to internal teams and external partners by answering documentation-related queries.Collaborate with customer support to ensure alignment between user-facing documentation and support materials.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SaaS technology and media streaming.Suggest improvements to documentation processes and tools for increased efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.G., Technical Writing, Communication, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in the Media or SaaS industry.Familiarity with media streaming technologies, OTT platforms, and related concepts.Proficiency in using documentation tools and software, such as Markdown, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar.Strong attention to detail and ability to translate technical information into easily digestible content.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Experience with version control systems (e.G., Git) is a plus.This role requires to be currently residing in Spain or Portugal and have a valid working permit
