This position offers the opportunity to gain commercial expertise, expand professional networks, understand clinical departments, and navigate the diagnostic market.This role, within the Iberia Sales team, is a remote position. Our vision at Cepheid is to lead in providing integrated diagnostic solutions.In this position, you will:Manage and expand Cepheid's business to meet and exceed sales objectives by collaborating with internal teams to develop customer-specific sales strategies.Promote demand for new assays and instrumentation, oversee communication between customers and Cepheid staff, and ensure smooth implementation of new products.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.Conduct presentations, create proposals, organize and participate in trade shows.Ensure contract compliance, manage the Sales Funnel, and handle customer data through CRM (SFDC).The key requirements for this role are:Master's degree in Science (Biology/Pharmacy/Microbiology).Minimum of 5 years experience in a commercial role in the MedTech or Pharma industry.Self-motivated, dynamic, and adept at thriving in a competitive market.Proficient in English.Ability to travel throughout the region during the week.Preferred qualifications:Experience working with clinicians would be valuable.Familiarity with Regional Network structures and stakeholders.Previous involvement in managing public tenders in the region.This description outlines the typical responsibilities and skills involved in the role, aiming to provide a general overview of the job.At Cepheid, we prioritize creating a more sustainable workforce.
