Total Rewards Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:Supports and/or leads Total Rewards projects that will increase functional productivity of the Total Rewards TeamPartners with cross functional teams to ensure the coverage of all grounds on project executionsSupports continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency of Total Rewards and / or our stakeholdersGiving support, embracing technology, managing self-development, process documentation, project managementKnowledge of total rewards methodologies and principlesExperience in project management in a global, cross-functional environmentStrong quantitative and analytical skillsHighly organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issuesRequired Experience, Education:1+ years of work experience in HR Systems with at least 6 months experience specialized on Compensation, Benefits, and/or Absence moduleBachelor's Degree Holder in any fieldProficiency in the English language (verbal and written)At least 3 years of experience in the field of Human ResourcesExperience in project management is a plusApplicants must be willing to work Hybrid in 31F Discovery 25 ADB Ave.,Ortigas,Pasig City.
