Participates in the development of channel plans and brand plans, ensuring that they reflect the needs and opportunities of their region. Communicates and aligns Commercial Marketing strategies, plans and programs (included in the Channel Plan) with territorial managers and sales teams to ensure coherence in the commercial strategy and the achievement of objectives in the direct and indirect channels. Coordinates the sales team ensuring excellence in the implementation of the Trade plans of both channels. Coordinate the Commercial Team to ensure and guarantee the messages from the HQ. Qualifications University Business degree. MBA Preferred English Written & spoken. Spanish Written & Spoken +2 years of experience on different commercial marketing/ Sales or Marketing positions of increasing responsibility. +1 years of experience on different commercial marketing/or Marketing positions of increasing responsibility. +1 Commercial experience on FMCG industry.
