Are you ready to join us?Your roleThe Transformation Delivery Lead (TDL) is responsible for leading and delivering transformation projects across the business, working in partnership with business owners to create business value to meet the SD Worx Strategy. The TDL will need to be a passionate to make a difference and have a positive impact by bringing forward-thinking solutions to the business. The projects the TDL will work on can vary from defining strategy, delivering large scale organisation change, leading on integrations of new acquisitions and to leading growth in new teams.The TDL will act as a check and challenge role when working across the business to ensure we are tackling the highest priorities in order to make the biggest impact.
