What will you do? As UK & Germany Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Marketing team (composed of a Marketing Manager, a Content Specialist, a Marketing & Partnerships Executive, a Graphic Designer and a German intern) to execute the strategy and launch the UK and German markets.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Understand our Ideal Customer ProfileWith the help of our Marketing Manager and our Content Specialist, build our brand awareness on both markets, adapting our tone of voice to the specificities of each one, without losing Embat essenceHelp on the planning and execution of monthly online and offline events (webinars, owned events, congresses)Execute campaigns with our marketing partnersExecute campaigns with our technological partners. You'll be working closely with the Partnership Manager as wellLook for new relevant marketing partnerships and eventsAdapt and build relevant material for the sales teamLook and apply for relevant awards for EmbatWhat are we looking for?2 / 3 years experience in Marketing and or Sales/Partnerships. Experience in Saas/ Fintech/ Finance and in high growth startup environment is a plusNative English or Native German with an excellent level in English - Spanish is a plusHands on attitude - Capacity to execute and willingness to do what it takes to get things over the line.Strong organization skills and capabilities with managing multiple projects simultaneously and successfullyKnowledge of CRM software (Hubspot would be a plus)Team-player: "We" is always before "I"Additionally, any of the below would definitely be great:
