Your primary objective will be to scale and replicate successful strategies from our internal teams, empowering our field organization to secure more customers. Our team has a keen focus on driving efficiency and performance enhancements across various operational and financial metrics.You will play a crucial role in shaping a growing organization and cement further our position as the strategic backbone of our field organization. This is a highly visible role that will work directly with the Director, Global SE CoE but will work daily with the whole CoE team and other senior leadership across departments.Your Mission- Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives to drive enhancements in product demonstration techniques, competitive engagement strategies, and value selling approaches- Identify and lead the creation of new IP (best practices, tools, customer-facing collateral, etc
