Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships. A problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients. Proficiency in (relevant software programs, e. g. , Salesforce, Zendesk). Amenable in any shift schedule.
