This strategic role oversees brand communications, public relations, industry analyst relations, and customer marketing teams, including external storytelling, thought leadership and social media.You will develop and drive compelling thought leadership and storytelling approaches that can be woven into all aspects of Blue Yonders communications.You will be responsible for managing external agencies and support the planning and execution of fully integrated communications strategies.Ensure consistent global messaging and agency coordination on external communications with international marketing teams and agencies across North America, APAC, EMEA and LATAM.What youll do:Build next-level brand communications strategies and advise executive leadership across thecompany, providing insights, perspective and counsel on external messaging and positioning with key stakeholders, including media, industry analysts and customers.Promote and grow the companys brand through strategic industry analyst relationships and aggressive media relations plans, incorporating earned, paid, and social media tactics.Lead a high-performing communications team and extended PR and AR agencies.Externalize strategic, highly visible corporate initiatives such as major partnerships, M&A, executive appointments; shaping all deliverables including FAQs, internal communications, customer and partner communications and external communications elements.What were looking for:Demonstrated Corporate Communications success, including executing a variety of thought leadership, news strategy, media relations programsProven writing expertise on all aspects of communications (press releases, bylines, blogs, critical messaging documents, etc.)Significant experience in positively handling high-profile communications issues, demonstrating sound judgment and working collaboratively with cross-functional teamsOutstanding attention to detail and ability to communicate complex topics effectivelyStrong time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing prioritiesBudget management, tracking and reconciliationExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to lead and grow a team with empathy and vision to help team members build lasting, fulfilling careers at Blue Yonder15 years of experience in PR or communications, preferably in B2B SaaS technology (agency experience a plus)A bachelors degree in journalism, marketing or related field required#J-18808-Ljbffr
