It's a multifaceted position that requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen. Your primary objective will be to establish a best-in-class software and technology that is innovative and impactful to our customers.Key Functional Areas:Leadership and Strategy:? Provide strategic direction and vision for the engineering team, aligning it with the company'soverall objectives and growth plans.? Collaborate with the CTO, CEO, and other key stakeholders to define the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.? Lead the development and implementation of engineering processes, best practices, andperformance metrics to optimize productivity and product quality.? Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team. Set the technical direction and make decisions about the use of technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.? Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)Team Management:? Attract, hire, and retain top engineering talent, fostering a high-performing and inclusive workenvironment.? Inspire and mentor engineering managers and technical leads, promoting career growth and skills development for team members.? Foster effective cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and otherdepartments to achieve shared goals.Technical Excellence:?
