Visa And Global Mobility Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide global mobility subject matter expertise to regional stakeholders (i.e. sales, HR, clients, etc.).Ensure all documentation flows are timely and accurate. Follow-up with client and internal teams as needed.Prepare immigration-related correspondence (e.g. employment confirmation letters, invitation letters, travel packets, business introduction letters, etc.) for clients, as needed.Schedule and attend client meetings as needed to ensure superior service levels are achieved.Build knowledge of country-specific immigration processes, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.Assist in the development and management of our global/regional supply chain.Create strong relationships across internal organizations such as payroll, finance, legal, compliance, etc.About YouBachelor's degree in applicable field and at least three years of global mobility/immigration/tax experience.Strong knowledge of Excel, Salesforce, modern HRIS systems, word processing, and database management.Proactive and solution minded.Team player with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.What We ValueYou are a self-starter who works well independently or in a team environment.You demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team.You must be able to meet assigned deadlines and pro-actively communicate potential issues.You have the ability to work efficiently with a diverse international population, as well as other organizations and government officials.You have the ability to work with remote colleagues, organizations and clients.You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong fluency in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
