Vp Innovation & Sustainability (Cpi) - [NR-715] Contact:Overview: We are excited to **announce the search for the role of Vice President (VP), Innovation and Sustainability, Consumer Packaging International (CPI) Division.** This pivotal role will report to the President of the CPI Division and is being created to continue to accelerate our growth through innovation and sustainability - By innovating and advancing the circular economy, we profitably grow our business and make a positive impact to all the stakeholders that we serve - employees, customers, shareholders and communities.Job will be located in our Sant Cugat (Barcelona,Spain) Center of Excellence and Innovation Hub.Qualifications:Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as innovation management, material science or business.- Proven track record of driving innovation and sustainable product development in a global organization and preferably in the industry.- Strong strategic thinking and the capacity to identify opportunities for sustainable growth.- Business acumen: market segments, products, materials and technologies.- Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional team.- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.**Responsibilities**: Duties & Responsibilities:- ** Innovation**:- Responsible for the Research and Development (R&D;) of the CPI division in full alignment with the Consumer Packaging International 2028 strategy - Manage effectively all CPI R&D; resources across businesses and all R&D; related budgets - Manage and develop a lean innovation pipeline to deliver on our growth objectives - Measure and improve our New Product Vitality Index.- ** Sustainability**:- Oversees the overall execution and efficacy of Berry´s sustainability programs for CPI - Deliver on our key commitments around 100% recyclable products by 2025, 30% recycled by 2030 and greenhouse emissions, landfill waste, energy and water reductions as per Berry Impact 2025 program - Collaborate internally and externally -customers, suppliers, and sustainability organizations to minimize the company´s environmental impact and achieve our Division CPI 2028 growth objectives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
