Position: Warehouse Director Location: Barcelona (area) & Lleida (area), Spain Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage day-to-day operations, deliverables, and financials Achieve bonus goals and drive revenue generation Develop a strong operating model for revenue forecasting accuracy, customer satisfaction, etc. Ensures the economic development of the Warehouse and the achievement of the Objectives, achieving the results and contributing to the evolution of the Company through operational excellence, excellence with the collaborator and excellence in Customer satisfaction. Develop and mentor the teams, fostering strong leadership Coordinate support teams for strategic alignment and implementation Drive continuous improvement, optimize efficiency, and streamline operations Planning, implementation and control of commercial policy.
